We Built a Full AI-Powered Real Estate Platform - From AI Agents to Production Deployment.

HolaTrato is a complete PropTech product we built from scratch - AI agents, WhatsApp integration, property management dashboard, calendar scheduling, real-time chat, multilingual support, and payments - all shipped to production at app.holatrato.com.

Real estate dealers use it to stop losing leads to slow response times. The AI handles every inbound WhatsApp inquiry, answers questions about listings, and books appointments - automatically, around the clock.

What We Built, End-to-End:

• AI Property Agent: Built on Google ADK - answers listing queries, qualifies leads, and books appointments while maintaining full conversation context
• WhatsApp Integration (Dual Architecture):
  • Own Number - direct Meta WhatsApp Business API (cost-effective)
  • Twilio Routing - enterprise-grade routing, compliance, and scale
• Smart Bot Safety: 5-10 second natural response delays + sleep modes to mimic human behavior and prevent WhatsApp bans
• Property Management Dashboard: Full sidebar-navigated interface for managing listings, leads, and appointments
• Calendar & Scheduling Module: Complex event management with time-based visual indicators and conflict prevention
• Real-Time Chat Interface: Live messaging with custom styling and smart scroll behavior
• Authentication System: Supabase auth with custom secure flows
• Stripe Payments: Fully embedded subscription and transaction handling
• Multilingual Support: React-i18n for full internationalization across markets
