We Built a Slush 100 Startup - An AI Leadership Coach That Lives Inside Your Meetings.

Ogma is a live SaaS platform we built from scratch - design, AI pipeline, meeting bot infrastructure, dashboard, and deployment - that made it into the Slush 100 Startups, one of the world's most competitive global startup selections.

It joins managers' 1:1 meetings, analyzes the conversation using advanced NLP, and delivers private, structured coaching feedback based on the company's own values and team dynamics. A coach, not a critic.

What We Built, End-to-End:

  • AI Meeting Bot: Built on Recall.ai - automatically joins Google Meet and Zoom calls, records audio, and generates transcripts
  • Leadership Analysis Engine: GPT powered analysis across 12+ competencies - Emotional Intelligence (Goleman), Developing Others (Goldsmith), Conflict Resolution, Psychological Safety, Resilience, Innovation, and Structured Problem-Solving
  • Personalized Feedback Reports: "What Went Well" and "Areas for Improvement" - structured, actionable, and private
  • Value-Aligned Insights: All feedback calibrated to the company's specific values, industry, and size
  • Company Customization Dashboard: Tailor the AI coaching profile per organization
  • Team Management: Email-based onboarding for managers and direct reports
